Mortgage Foreclosure: Seleme v JP Morgan Chase (IN) — Court-ordered teleconference not considered an appearance in foreclosure proceedings. When parties agree that a foreclosure case will not be dismissed, lack of notice is not fraud.

Wisconsin
Co-Tenancy: Wilcox v Estate of Hines (WI) — Hostile intent refers to possessors' actions - not their subjective beliefs - in the context of adverse possession.
