Dear ATG Agents and Friends,

2020 was a year unlike any other. The pandemic, followed by protests over race relations, and then a highly contested election.

Despite the challenges, there is much to appreciate. At home, more time to connect with loved ones, reach out to those who may need a kind word. At work, an opportunity to rethink our processes.
