Hank is responsible for business development for the core title insurance business as well as expansion into other markets. He also is active in legislative efforts pertaining to the settlement industry, and serves on various committees of bar associations and trade organizations including the national title insurance trade association, the American Land Title Association (ALTA), based in Washington, D.C. Shulruff is a member of the Executive Committees for both the ALTA Best Practices Task Force section and the Title Insurance Underwriters section. He is also past president of the National Association of Bar-Related Title Insurers (NABRTI) – 1999-2001.&nbsp
