EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY: Due to a change in the City of Chicago Water Department’s procedures regarding online water certifications, ATG is only able to pay water certifications that were ordered by ATG. Similarly, if a member orders an online water certification, only the member or entity that ordered the water certification may pay it. Please be aware of this when obtaining a water certification. 

ATG can no longer accept an uncertified Full Payment Certificate unless ATG was the party that ordered the Full Payment Certificate. If a member’s office orders its Full Payment Certificate online, that member must present a paid and certified copy of the Full Payment Certificate to ATG at the closing.
