Change in Procedure for Waiving Extended Coverage on Standard Exception 1 - Obtain ALTA Statement
Advocus National Title Insurance Company no longer requires a survey to waive/insure over Standard Exception Number 1. Agents and staff need only obtain an ALTA Statement executed by both parties to waive/insure over Standard Exception Number 1.
