New Call Routing Options at ATG

Customer service is a top priority. To better serve your needs when you call ATG's Champaign or Chicago offices, we updated our call-routing options. For example, when you dial our 800-number, you will hear the following prompts:

  • For status, changes, or questions about a commitment or policy, press 1;
  • For Closing Protection Letters, press 2; and 
  • For questions about a lender's closer approval process, press 3," and so on.

The routing numbers you've used before may not take you to the same person or department. Be sure to listen to the full greeting to hear the new prompts. If you have any questions or problems, press  "0" for the operator.
